Tours are guided in German and Italian only

This website is available in English, but the guides lead the tours in German and Italian. There is no English tour. You are very welcome to join — the way through the adit is the same for everyone, and the guides will help where they can — but the explanations will not be in English. Written information in English is available at the entrance.

The mountain gave silver long before anyone wrote it down

Silver, lead and copper were mined here long before the first document reported it in the mid-12th century. Today we take you through the adits that are left of it.
